"I had a fantastic customer service experience with Ace Locksmith. Our Emteck door bolt broke so i could not unlock our main front door. I want to caution people not to fall for the google listings that pop up as “best locksmith in Canton” etc. I knew what I was getting myself into but I called 2 of the top listings, which turned out to be call centers that forward the call to unlicensed independent contractors, who offered outrageously priced quotes for my small job, and then tried to pressure me into using them. Thank goodness I found an actual small business in Ace. Their locksmith, John was terrific and highly skilled. I highly recommend Ace Locksmith in Norwood!"

"Great! My Honda CRV key broke away from the key fob. I could put it back and it worked ,but was not stable. I called the dealer and they quoted me a price of $74.+ for the key and $120 to program it!! A piece of plastic broke. That was all. I called Ace. He said come down and in 10 minutes I had a new key and he told me to keep the old one in case I should lock my keys in the car 😂. That is a real possibility. It cost me $25.00. I was thrilled. The shop is easily located, clean and very organized. Thank you."
